RB and RC
Coster RB and RC automatic continuous rotary machines are designed and
manufactured
to enable detection of leaks in empty cans (RB) or filled cans (RC).
They can be equipped
with up to 36 operating heads.
The detection system is based on an electronic sensor
controlled by a PLC.
The machine is equipped with one LCD display showing key data:
- production speed in pcs/h;
- piece-counter totalizing correct pieces;
- piece-counter totalizing rejects;
- indicator of leakage value for each head;
- discrimination system of leakages;
- reject memory of each head;
- automatic removal of rejected pieces.
Machines are also equipped with protective shield with automatic safety switches and
photocell
for checking inlet of cans.
Easy access to every machine component. Only a few simple adjustments are required
to enable rapid production changeovers.
RC/ECAP, a special version of RC, is designed to check 1" and/or 20 mm valves functionality.
