BTH
Coster BTH is a fully automatic water bath test for burst test with production
capacity
is up to 300 CPM. It is available both for 1" and 20 mm valves. The automatic bath essentially consists of:
- head with motorization;
- stainless steel tank;
- protective guarding with interlocked switches;
- chain conveyor system with grippers to hold cans;
- mechanical group for sorting, holding and releasing of cans from holders;
- thermostat for control and adjustment of water temperature.
In the standard version BTH is pre-arranged for using hot steam to heat water;
alternative heating systems are available on request.
The group is equipped with an air blowing device to dry cans at the bath exit.
The automatic bath can be
easily connected the filling machines using a conveyor
system.
Special can holders in synthetic material, which avoid scratching of cans,
are easily adaptable to the different
dimensions and shapes of cans. Manual release
of defective cans from holders is easy. Should a holder break,
replacement is simple.
A varydrive motor allows adjustments to filling speed. If steam heating is used,
the electrical components are explosion-proof.
All parts in the bath are easily accessible, and only a few simple adjustments
are required to change
the type of can.
