530 / G

The 530 series semi-automatic machines are designed for crimping valves and/or filling propellant; they have a production capacity up to 30 CPM. All machine elements are placed on a light alloy support.

530 machines are pneumatically operated, with air consumption proportional to the amount of propellant to be filled. The machines can be equipped with different types of operating heads according to the following standard versions:

A  -  530/S/25C. Machine for separate crimping and gas filling of 1" valves, equipped with one crimping

head for 1" valves separate from the gas filling head and one metering cylinder with capacity
0 ÷ 50 ml or 0 ÷ 100 ml or 0 ÷ 330 ml or 0 ÷ 440 ml l.F.S. (Impact Filling System) metering cylinders suitable to fill compressed gases such as CO₂ or N₂O with capacity 0 ÷ 330 ml
or 0 ÷ 450 ml, are available.

B  -  530/S/20C. Machine as specified in version "A" but equipped for 20 mm valves.

C  -  530/G. Machine for gas filling of 1" or 20 mm valves, equipped with one or two filling heads for

1" or 20 mm valves and one or two metering cylinders with a capacity of 0 ÷ 50 ml or 0 ÷ 100
ml or 0 ÷ 330 ml or 0 ÷ 440 ml. l.F.S. (Impact Filling System) metering cylinders suitable to fill compressed gases such as CO₂ or N₂O with capacity 0 ÷ 330 ml or 0 ÷ 450 ml are available.

Upon request and after an appropriate technical review, Coster is able to supply semiautomatic machines with special heads for combined crimping and gas filling.
