530 / C

The 530 series semi-automatic machines are designed for crimping valves and/or filling propellant; they
have a production capacity up to 30 CPM. All machine elements are placed on a light alloy support.

530 machines are pneumatically operated, with air consumption proportional to the amount of propellant
to be filled. The machines can be equipped with different types of operating heads according to the following standard versions:

A  -  530/S/V/25C. Machine for vacuum inside the can and separate crimping of 1" valves, equipped

with vacuum pump, one vacuum head and one crimping head for 1".

B  -  530/S/V/20C. Machine as specified in version "A" but equipped for 20 mm valves.

C  -  530/25C. Pneumatic crimping machine for 1" valves, equipped with one crimping head for 1" valves.

D  -  530/20C. Machine as specified in version "C" but equipped for 20 mm valves.

E  -  530/UTC. Pneumatic machine for under the cup pressurization and valve crimping. The machine

is equipped with a special head suitable for under the cup pressurization of Bag On Valves with compressed gas (Nitrogen, Air, etc.) and following crimping of valve onto the can.

F  -  530/25V. Machine for vacuum inside the can for 1" valves, equipped with vacuum pump and one

vacuum head for 1".

G  -  530/20V. Machine as specified in version "F" but equipped for 20 mm valves.

Upon request and after an appropriate technical review, Coster is able to supply semiautomatic machines with special heads for combined crimping and gas filling.
