500 DS

The 500 DS is a volumetric filling machine designed for accurately filling liquids
of different densities. Production capacity is up to 30 CPM. The machine is capable
of either single cycle operation (by means of a pedal control) or continuous cycle.

The machine can be equipped with one or two interchangeable cylinders, available
in different filling capacities. Suction speed, filling speed and filling quantity
can be adjusted by operating on the stroke length of the crank.

The 500 DS/A machine is the automated version of the standard machine,
with a production capacity up to 120 CPM. The machine essentially consists
in a 500 DS coupled to an automatic star-wheel.

Cans are supplied to the machine by the conveyor and automatically dosed
and controlled by the star wheel. The star wheel operates when the dosing
cylinders have completed the dosing cycle.

The 500 DS/A machine can be equipped with maximum four metering cylinders.
Each diameter of cans requires a different star wheel.

Both 500 DS and 500 DS/A are easily adjustable for different heights of cans
and are completely pneumatically operated.
