MULTIKIT / CAPS
Multikit is a transfer type rotary machine with production capacity up to 80 CPM with intermittent motion
specially designed to place a wide range of accessory components on the aerosol cans and other types
of containers.
The machine is suitable for 1" and 20 mm valves and for 35 mm to 66 mm diameter and for 75 to 320 mm height cans.
It can be easily and rapidly installed on both existing and new filling lines; the unit does not impact operation
of the conveyor; it just has to be located close to it. Consequently, the Multikit can be moved from one production line
to another, as required.
Cans are driven directly from the conveyor belt to the machine that positions them beneath the operating
heads and, when the operation is complete, returns them to the conveyor belt. Multikit can be equipped
to place up to three components at a time; these can be fed automatically and/or semi-automatically.
The machine is set up for overcaps mounting. It is provided with clockwise rotation (standard) or
counter-clockwise rotation (optional). The machine is set up to prevent any accidental damage to the cans.
The electrical system is in IP54 execution, but an explosion-proof version can be supplied on request.
Thanks to its design and ease of use, Multikit is an ideal complementary unit for use on medium production lines.
