MTR 230
The MTR 230 machine is a rotary unit suitable to place any type of actuator with a production capacity up
to 300 cpm. The machine is suitable for 1" and 20 mm valves and for 35 mm to 66 mm
diameter and for 75 to 320 mm height cans.
The main advantage is the pre-centering of the actuator on the aerosol valve. This avoids frequent breakages of
actuators or damages of the valves. A mechanical system granting an easy approach during the pre-centering
operation - place the actuator on the can by means of a fitting device.
The machine can be lined up in a complete aerosol filling line or used as a separate equipment.
Few and simple adjustments allow to switch to a different type of production. The electrical
equipment is explosion-proof.
