CAP 300
CAP300 is a rotary machine with 6 or 12 operating heads suitable for selection and insertion
of all types of caps
and/or snap seals. The machine has a production capacity up to 300 CPM.
The machine essentially consists of a stainless steel rack with protective guardings with interlocked switches,
a central support column and a main cam for driving the placement heads; they approach and leave the can.
The machine is also equipped with:
- a universal mechanical selector, for the direction of the caps;
- a drive belt for cap feeding;
- an elevator to feed caps to the mechanical selector;
- a size set for change of cans and bottles;
- a device for changing cap sizes.
The CAP 300 is equipped with one variable speed drive to adjust the machine speed. The machine requires conveyors
for inlet/outlet of cans. The unit can be easily adjusted to enable quick changeovers. A control device assures 100% cap placement.
The electrical installation standard
is IP54; if required, an explosion-proof version can be supplied.
