MIG
The only machine in the world
that does not need to be placed
inside a gas filling room.
Right from the beginning, Coster has offered explosion-proof versions of almost all of its machines,
and has designed
its filling lines for use with inflammable propellants (L.P.G., D.M.E. etc.).
Nevertheless, in order to achieve even greater safety and reliability (traditional gassing rooms are
generally placed
outside the factory), Coster has developed
a Minicell with the following features:
- integration with filling machine,
one side only in contact with
production department
- three sides and roof outside
the filling area
- safety
- reduced dimensions
- flexibility and ease of use
- controlled costs
- high performance and output

- no direct passage of cans between
Minicell and department
- ejectable panel placed on opposite
side of the wall connected with
production department
The cabin also contains:
- up to four propellant gas filling stations
with digital adjustment of filled
quantity in ml
- automatic fire extinguisher system
- double speed ventilation system
consisting of main gas suction on filling
heads and secondary suction at can table level
The Coster Minicell is offered in two versions: MIG-1, single pitch with a production capacity of 60 CPM and
MIG-2, double pitch with a production capacity of 100 CPM.
The unit is explosion-proof execution and is manufactured in accordance with CEI 64.2 and
European EN (50.014, 50.018 and 50.020) standards.
