DEPALLETIZER FOR TIN PLATE CANS

The Coster depalletizer model DEP FIMS 1200 is used to feed filling lines
with tin plate aerosol cans up to a maximum of 400 CPM.

The unit can be automatically adjusted to suit line speed and can dimensions. It can be placed in a small area and does not require a full-time operator.

The DEP FIMS 1200 automatically depalletises cans from the pallet, draws them up by means of a magnetic head and smoothly and safely transfers
them, in the correct orientation, onto a conveyor section which then conveys
them to the production line.

Aluminium cans, which can not be magnetised, can be manually depalletized by means of the exit conveyor section.
