DB 75

DB75 is a butane sweetener with three or four columns, complete with filter, drain valve, manometer and safety valve. As an option, one LPG transfer pump model 25 PZG can also be installed. The columns contain interchangeable cartridges. Normally the first column is filled with silica gel to absorb water
and the other cartridges are filled with molecular sieves to reduce H2S “MERCAPTANS”.

The unit has a maximum capacity of sweetening of about 900 litres/hour
and a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (the unit is tested at 30 bar).

The DB75 is equipped with an inlet valve, an outlet valve to the line and, on the last column, a valve to test samples of sweetened gas (to be done in an empty can fitted with an aerosol valve). In addition, the columns are fitted with a drain valve, a manometer and a safety valve.

The DB75 has a metallic base that must be fixed to the floor, with the columns connected to this base.

In the upper part of each column there is a screw plug for quick replacement
of the inner cartridge containing the absorbent material. The outer structure
of the column is in high tensile steel (test pressure: 30 bar).

The inner cartridge is manufactured in stainless steel and is recoverable.
