COSTER MIX

COSTER MIX is a product mixer enabling pre-mixing of two liquids,
for example liquid soap and isopentane. The unit is equipped with static
mixers for the production of gel, but it can also be equipped with special
dynamic mixers for the production of mousse with high percentage of gas.

The two liquids are mixed in a mixing chamber; the user determines the percentage of each component. Once the mixing is complete, the finished product is then transferred into the metering cylinders for the subsequent injection into the can.

The machine can be installed in a wide range of environments and is highly versatile in terms of its range of application. The machine is composed
mainly of thick, reinforced rectangular tubes which provide remarkable
stability and minimize vibration and mechanical stress.

The machine's pneumatic drive ensures that all movements are smooth,
thus ensuring higher efficiency and preventing seizures. All components
are easily accessible and the unit can be adjusted quickly to enable
production changeovers.
